MEZCAL NEGRONI

An iconic trifecta with a twist

1 OUNCE MEZCAL ESPADIN
¾ OUNCE SWEET VERMOUTH
¾ OUNCE CAMPARI
ORANGE TWIST, FOR GARNISH
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass with ice. stir until chilled. serve either up in a coupe or on the rocks in an old fashioned glass. garnish.

MARGARITA MEZCAL

simple, beautiful, timeless

2 OUNCES DEL AMIGO MEZCAL
1 OUNCE FRESH LIME JUICE
¾ OUNCE DILUTED AGAVE SYRUP
Rim a rocks glass with salt and set aside. combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice. Shake until chilled and strain into the prepared rocks glass over fresh ice cubes.

For the diluted agave syrup, combine one part light agave nectar with one part hot water.

Shake until both are combined. Let it chill before using in a drink.

MEZCAL MULE

A classic recipe gone rogue

2 OUNCES MEZCAL ESPADIN
½ OUNCE FRESH LIME JUICE
½ OUNCE GINGER JUICE
1 OUNCE AGAVE NECTAR
1 ½ OUNCES SPARKLING WATER
Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker and dry shake. Careful, the bubbles in the soda water will give a little pushback, but don't sweat it! strain into a copper mule mug and add fresh rocks. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a quartered lime (optional).
